Password Recovery (Forgotten Password)

Self-Service Password Recovery ("Forgot my password")

You have the ability to recover your lost password on your own, without contacting the university support desk.

Instructions to recover your lost password:

  1. Visit portal.evfaas.com and click Log in.
  2. Click the Forgot Password option at the bottom of the sign-in page.
  3. Enter your university email address or username and select how you would like your password to be reset.
  4. Select your password recovery method (e.g., phone call or email).
  5. Follow the prompts. (For emails, look for an "Account password reset" email from noreply-access@evfaas.com. Emails will be sent to your primary university email as well as your secondary email. Check your secondary email for password reset instructions.)
  6. Your Illinois Tech password will be updated across all systems. You will need to update and applications or services configured on your mobile device using your new password.

If you do not receive an email, text, or call after a few minutes, or if you experience other issues resetting your password, please contact the Support Desk for assistance.
